Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use this Website.

Usage Restrictions

By using our service, you accept our Privacy Policy and agree you will NOT use our services for the following purposes:

Scamming and/or Spamming
Promoting violence on your Telegram channels, bots, etc that are listed on our website
Posting illegal content on your Telegram channels, bots, etc that are listed on our website
Promoting illegal content
Promoting products similar to Banner Bot
Automating visits, reviews, or any other action on this Website
Selling, sub-licensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material
Using our service in any way that is or may be damaging to the Website or any other person or business entity
Using our service in any way that impacts users access to the Website
Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website

Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Banner Bot and/or its licensors own all of the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained in this Website.

Rules

If you delete an ad before it’s scheduled expiration, you will NOT be paid for the advertisement and the payment will be refunded to the advertiser.
Payments will be released to channel owners at the end of the ad campaign, to ensure all advertisement rules were followed.
You reserve the right to reject any ads before they launch in your channel.
When an ad is purchased in your channel, you must approve or reject the ad within 48 hours or the payment will be refunded to the advertisers.
Refunds can only be requested by advertisers before the ad goes live.
You cannot request a refund after an ad has been posted.
We reserve the right to revoke your payment or delete your ad without a refund if we believe you have broken any of our rules or terms.

Fees

There is 20% commission/fee for all successfully completed ads (This is withheld from the channel owners final ad payment)
There is a 2% refund fee if an advertiser requests a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the ad.
Reimbursements for gas fees will be deducted from all outgoing transactions.

Channel Deactivation

Your channel can be deactivated because of, but not limited to, the following reasons:

Any scam activities by the channel or its admin
Posting illegal content
Fake subscribers We reserve the right to deactivate channels at on anytime for any reason.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Banner Bot. Banner Bot has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Banner Bot shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service, you agree to be bound by any modified or updated terms. By using our service you are agreeing to be responsible for reviewing these Terms on a regular basis. If you do not agree to the terms, please stop using the Service.

This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and Banner Bot expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained in this Website.

Banner Bot, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to use of this Website.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Banner Bot from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid in any jurisdiction, it shall not affect (1) the enforceability or validity in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement, or (2) the enforceability or validity in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement.
